CNC Laser Tube Cutter for Square Tube | Precision Cutting

A CNC laser tube cutter for square tube is designed for square metal tubes (15×15mm–150×150mm, wall thickness 0.5mm–10mm) in various metals. It uses 2kW–6kW fiber lasers and a four-sided clamping system to prevent tube movement during cutting. The CNC system programs miters, notches, and holes, with assist gases optimized for material type. For carbon steel, oxygen increases cutting speed, while nitrogen preserves stainless steel edges. High-speed rotation (up to 200°/s) allows multi-side cutting in a single setup. Suitable for steel furniture, fencing, and architectural elements, it reduces manual fabrication and ensures consistent part quality.
