CNC Laser Tube Cutter for Aluminum Tubes | High-Precision Cutting

A CNC laser tube cutter for aluminum tube is optimized for lightweight aluminum tubes (20mm–150mm diameter, 0.5mm–8mm wall thickness). It uses 2kW–6kW fiber lasers with nitrogen assist gas to prevent oxidation, and the CNC system adjusts power (10–100W) and speed (5–80m/min) for different alloys (6061, 7075). Anti-slip chucks secure the tube without marking surfaces, while dynamic beam expansion maintains cut quality across tube diameters. For thin walls, high-speed cutting (100m/min) minimizes heat input, ideal for aerospace ducts and automotive components. It enables complex cuts (perforations, tabs) with minimal burrs, reducing post-cut deburring.
