A CNC laser tube cutting machine for aluminum tube is optimized for aluminum’s lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties. It employs 2kW–6kW fiber lasers with nitrogen assist gas to counteract aluminum’s high reflectivity and prevent oxidation. The CNC system adjusts power (10–100W), speed (5–80m/min), and gas flow (5–20L/min) for tubes (20mm–150mm diameter, 0.5mm–8mm wall thickness). Dynamic focusing adapts to tube curvature, while a cooling system prevents laser overheating in high-duty cycles. Anti-slip chucks secure the tube without marring surfaces, ideal for aerospace (aircraft frames), automotive (exhaust systems), and electronics (heat sinks). It enables miter cuts, perforations, and custom profiles with minimal burrs, reducing post-cut finishing.
