CNC Laser Tube Cutting Machine | High-Precision Custom Solutions

A high power CNC laser tube cutting machine (6kW–15kW) is designed for thick-walled and large-diameter tubes (50mm–300mm diameter, 5mm–30mm wall thickness). It uses high-power fiber lasers for deep penetration cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy tubes. The CNC system features heavy-duty mechanics (cast iron frames, double-guide rails) to withstand high-power operations, with water-cooled laser sources and multi-zone assist gas systems. High-pressure oxygen (10–20 bar) supports fast cutting of thick carbon steel, while nitrogen preserves stainless steel’s properties. Suitable for construction (bridge beams), shipbuilding, and oil & gas, it enables bevel cuts, flange profiling, and complex structural components with minimal thermal deformation.
